Cheese and Carrot Doggie Muffins


Thursday's Multiples will return next week. Today we'd thought we experiment with a little baking for dogs. Our recipe is Cheese and Carrot Muffins. You will need:

1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup shredded carrots
2 large eggs
1 cup  of milk
muffin tin for 12 muffins (or 2, 6 each)









Combine the two flours 



Work the carrots and cheese into the flour mixture with your fingers


Beat the eggs.


Add milk to beaten eggs.


Pour milk and egg mix over flour mix and gently stir together.


Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.


Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
